“Ripaille.TV” is a warm and convivial Web TV site created for those who love cooking and regional food. The website features recipes as well as coverage on culinary news. “Ripaille.TV” is owned by Media&Cætera, the head of several TV channels including ALLOCINE TV, MONTAGNE TV and MFM TV.
The general idea behind “Ripaille.TV” is to feature amateur and professional chefs specializing in French gastronomy- celebrating the art of living. The teams often film people preparing beautiful recipes in their private homes.
“Ripaille.TV’s” teams were present at the latest “Maison & Objet” trade fair which was held from January 23-27th North of Paris at Villepinte.
The knives from Thiers receive a great honor
Participating in this major international meeting for culinary professionals is important for TB Groupe, the French leader in the Thiers knife manufacturing business. This year Carole Tarrerias and the enterprise’s representatives welcomed “Ripaille.TV’s” team who approached TB Groupe’s stand with an offer to promote the knowledge behind the creation of their quality knives which are “Made in France.”

These knives continue to cut precisely for an exceptionally long time in comparison with other knives due to the fusion of titanium-carbide on the cutting edge of the blade.
